Misrepresentation of your health status may result in harm and will result in immediate termination of your account.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a thorough online consultation reviewed and approved by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or a registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.
By submitting a consultation, you consent to your information being reviewed by our clinical team. A valid UK prescription will be generated where clinically appropriate before any prescription medicine is dispensed.
We do not accept prescriptions issued outside the United Kingdom. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment provider.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary and are subject to courier performance and external factors beyond our control.
Medicines will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of medicines once dispatched unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Our services do not replace your GP or any other healthcare professional. Information provided through our platform is for clinical dispensing purposes only and does not constitute a full medical consultation.
If you experience an adverse reaction or medical emergency, stop taking your medication immediately and seek urgent medical attention by calling 999 or attending your nearest A&E.
You are responsible for reading all patient information leaflets supplied with your medicines and for following dosage instructions provided.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide our clinical and dispensing services and is handled with strict confidentiality.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
